![]() ![]() Children benefit from increased self-esteem and confidence as their communication skills grow. ![]() In addition to parents and care-givers, I work closely with teachers and other therapy providers (such as occupational therapists) to provide coordinated service delivery and maximum support to young children and their families. I believe strongly in relationship-driven and play-based therapy models and treating the individual child within the context of his family and community. Additionally, I provide personalized supplemental services for school age children with existing IEP goals, as well as therapy for older children with articulation and speech clarity issues. I apply a variety of therapeutic strategies to address speech/language delay, language disorder, childhood apraxia of speech, dysarthria, oral motor issues, phonological disorders, stuttering, ASD, and articulation difficulties. My philosophy of practice includes play based therapy and parent/teacher coaching on an individual basis. I specialize in providing assessment and treatment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers at risk for communication delay and with identified speech and language disorders. ![]()
